Fashion Victims Use Storage in Ipswich

I have been trying to tidy my flat this weekend, managed to throw out loads of clutter. I watched a programme on Lindsay Lohan being a celebrity hoarder and realised that my wardrobe was going the same way, okay , so I didn’t have quite as many clothes-but it was getting out of hand. When my boyfriend found he couldn’t even fit a jacket in our wardrobe I thought it may be time to clear some of the mess out.
My friend back in Suffolk swears by using storage in Ipswich to sort all of her clothes. She tells her boyfriend that she has cleared out all the clothes she doesn’t wear any more and if we’re honest here the ones that don’t fit her. Except she doesn’t clear them out at all-she drives all the way to storage in Ipswich and has them all in this tiny room. Its madness, she then goes out and buys new clothes and her boyfriend supports her because he is ‘proud’ she ‘let go’ of all the other clothes.

Chanel Bags Are Glorious Storage Solutions

this isn't just any Chanel bag, this is the one I want.
Had a bit of a stressful week this week, don’t know if that has been picked up in my blog posts but I have been feeling pretty angry about, well, anything if I am honest. One thing after the after just seems to be causing me grief and I am fed up of it. Didn’t help that when I got home last night I came to a state of chaos in the flat. My other half had dumped what looked like a mountain of men’s clothes in our hallway. Wading through the sea of tweed jackets, skinny jeans and winter scarves I found myself asking what he was planning on doing with all these extra clothes. ‘Keep them,’ was the obvious answer, and ‘Put them in the wardrobe’ was the next. So I kept my mouth shut and nodded, wondering how long it would be before he realised we would need some much bigger storage solutions for that to ever work.

So I have already confessed my filthy secret of watching Celebrity Big Brother…and so far to save face have only mentioned once these Z-list weirdos that have taken control of my evening television. But I am not going to lie to you here, I do love watching it. So lady Sovereign was evicted last night, good she was acting like me when I was sixteen. Not a good look.

Guilty January Pleasures

All I could think about was the Celebrity Big Brother from last night…which yes I watched. A total guilty pleasure, but actually I do find it really interesting. I am however not so bothered about the normal Big Brother, with mere mortals, because no matter how much of an ego they think they have it does not compare to the self-loving from the ‘celebrities’.

Poor Old Marvin

Oh man, I shot Marvin in the face. ...
Okay, so a few people have asked me why this blog is named Life After Marvin, there are two reasons really. The first being that in my teenage years my best friend’s band were called Life After Marvin, which was a very happy time for me. I never missed any of their gigs and when they split up I was very sad. So that is homage to them, also it also has a connection to the best film director ever. Quentin Tarantino. Marvin is the dude that has his face shot off in Pulp Fiction, Marvin is the first character to be captured by Mr Blonde in Reservoir Dogs and tortured… a Marvin also crops up in True Romance (written by Tarantino) and the cop in Natural Born Killers, also a Marvin.
